Are you burnt out from constantly striving to overachieve, always “fixing” or doing something, and battling that nagging sense of restlessness? Do you relate to being a “control freak” or struggle with chronic anxiety? The pressure to always do more can harm our health and steal our peace.
Aimee will guide us through the counter-cultural concept of rest and how Jesus calls us to it as the true pathway to joy. Through 2 Timothy 3:16, Psalm 46:10, and Hebrews 4:10, we’ll explore how resting in Him isn’t just an option—it’s a command and the key to experiencing lasting peace.
