Welcome to Uplift & Uplevel, a gathering for women small business owners (like you!) who want to feel supported, inspired, and empowered.

Each time, we’ll dive into a specific topic—like finding your niche, mastering social media, or getting organized for taxes. This isn’t a stuffy workshop or a formal seminar. It’s a cozy, casual space where we can:

Learn and Share: Bring your questions and challenges to an open Q&A, and walk away with ideas and strategies that actually work for you.
Work and Grow: Put what you’ve learned into action during a focused coworking session.
Feel Supported: Connect with like-minded business owners, share encouragement, and leave feeling energized to tackle what’s next.

This is your chance to build your business in a way that feels good—without the pressure or overwhelm.

Who’s It For? Small business owners in their first 1-1.5 years, especially women in creative or wellness fields—but everyone is welcome!

We’re keeping it simple, approachable, and full of good vibes. Whether you’re here to ask questions, connect with others, or take action on your next big idea, this is your space to do it all.

This month is Social Media So we'll be spending time discussing ideas, getting feedback and making plans but we'll also be GETTING STUFF DONE -so bring your headphones and a charger- you're making a post before you leave today!

We'll have

- Social Media Guru Sarah Fields coming to give us insight and answer those lingering questions.

-Networking time to connect with other small business owners and exchange information/ find support.

-Small group discussion, q&a, and time to work on YOUR social media plan. Each person is going to get to discuss their Social Media hang ups, what's going on, get feedback and advice, etc.

-Dedicated time to work- whether it's making a business account, creating a welcome post, doing a refresh, scheduling your month-calendar, or making a reel/ post, you're getting something done today- You'll feel better with the support of your Uplift & Uplevel crew around you!

-LUNCH PROVIDED- Smoothies, Snacks, and lunch from Ginas' Juice Bar will be provided. Feel free to browse her menu ahead of time.

*All food from Gina's is Vegan. The Haverstick does not have a public fridge to store any cold items, but you are more than welcome to bring outside food or drink to have with you during your day. They do have a microwave available for you to use.
