This is suited to people who already run, not essential to have ran on the trail before.

Please ensure you have footwear suitable for the trail, you will get muddy and road shoes will not be permitted.
*Run is suitable for dogs, must be on a lead and be able to get them over stiles. I do ask your dog is in canicross kit and you have ran with your dog prior.
