Magic Moon Medicine's Sound Baths are sweetly woven tapestries of word and sound. Each sound bath features a theme and opens with a guided meditation that gently takes you on a journey deeper into yourself. Participants are “bathed” in healing sound waves for the purpose of restoring harmony and balance in the body. A cocoon of sound generated by chimes, drums, singing bowls and other musical instruments helps to relax and re-calibrate your nervous system.
The theme of March's Sound Bath is: HARMONY.

We encourage you to bring yoga mats, blankets, pillows- anything to create a cozy little nest to lay back and relax in while you experience the healing power of sound. We also have nest making materials at the studio for you to use as well.
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the event begins. The door will be locked a little after 6pm in order to not disturb the experience of participants.
