Topic(s): Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet System
Carl Dexter has extensive knowledge and experience in real estate pre-foreclosures. I bought my first home the conventional way in 1980 at the age of 20. In 1984, I started buying investment properties the same way in 1984. By 1987, I discovered pre-foreclosures but didn’t know squat nor where to find information.
Fast forward, several years later through to power of association I enrolled in a foreclosure class as it relates to acting as a foreclosure trustee. Also, I started Capitol City Foreclosures, which conducted foreclosures in the greater Sacramento area. In that business, I would buy Notes and Deeds of Trust from my clients and properties after the foreclosure sale.
Over the 30 years of being involved in pre-foreclosures and experiencing just about every imaginable real estate problem, I created the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet system. This system allows real estate entrepreneurs to profits from real estate deals where most investors would pass up tens of thousands of dollars because of a lack of knowledge.
I’ve been teaching my system locally for 5 years now. With much material and success, the Pre-Foreclosure Dragnet has been franchised to complete against HomeVestors (We Buy Ugly Houses) franchise.
