About this Event
This walk will take place in-person on snowshoes (as weather permits) on the Swaner Preserve.
Join Swaner naturalists to explore the wetlands of the Preserve at night and view the full moon from a unique perspective! This walk is a great way to get onto the Preserve and learn all about the unique winter and nighttime adaptations of the animals who call Swaner home.
Terrain is variable: Please dress for the weather and come prepared with warm hiking shoes or boots, snow pants, warm coat, a hat, and gloves.
Space is limited, please reserve your spot early. If no tickets are available, we highly encourage you to join the waitlist!
Snowshoes can be rented when you arrive at the EcoCenter for $5/pair or $2.50/pair for current Swaner members.
