We are so happy to have Bryce and Erica Spangler as our speakers for March. What began as two fulfilling careers—one in education as a teacher and the other in healthcare as a family nurse practitioner—has transformed into a thriving real estate business. Sprinkle in a small hand-crafted business and the story of Edge View Properties, LLC was born. Fueled by their “why”, which originally began as a financial goal, it is now a driving force to build a legacy for their family, and make a lasting impact in their community... this husband-and-wife team made the bold leap into real estate ownership and rental property management.
Through the power of saying “yes” to opportunities, challenges, and growth, they have built a portfolio of 90+ rental units throughout Illinois. Each step forward—whether acquiring new properties, learning from setbacks, or refining their management approach—has reinforced their belief in the possibilities that come with an open mindset and a willingness to take action.
Their ultimate goal is to create long-term stability and opportunities, not only for their family but also for their community, ensuring that their efforts today contribute to a sustainable and secure future for generations to come. Along the way, they’ve learned that success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about perseverance, adaptability, and creating value for both tenants and their community. They have been blessed to learn from outstanding mentors along the way and are eager to share their knowledge, connections, and experiences to inspire others.
Now, as experienced investors and property managers, using their passion for teaching others, they continue to expand their portfolio while staying committed to their mission: building a sustainable future through real estate and inspiring others to take the leap toward financial independence and giving to others.
In addition to hearing from the Spangler's, there will be plenty of time for networking at the beginning and the end of the meetup. Remember our mission: We want to help investors get started. We want to help connect people to find deals. We want to teach people about creative financing. We want to help everyone win big with real estate investing. We will plan to meet on the second Tuesday of every month.
Lunch will be served during the meeting and you will pay Warehouse on State directly.
