Come hear and probably see a presentation on micromount specimens by our own member Jacqueline. She will discuss and show minerals with her microscope as well as the ins and outs of micromounting. For those that don't know, micromount minerals are minerals that usually require a microscope to see. There are whole clubs dedicated to this topic as well mostly on the coasts.
Refreshments and drinks will be provided. For St. Patrick's Day, bring in your green rocks to show!
