Welcome to March Madness at Brick House!
Come join us for an exciting event filled with fun challenges at Brick House Strength & Conditioning in Atlanta, GA.
On April 13th, you will be testing the following events:
Broad Jump - Distance
Med Ball Shot Put - Distance
Med Ball Underhand Toss - Distance
Push-ups - Reps
Pull-ups - Reps
40 Yd Dash - Time
Shuttle(10 yds) - Time
Over the next 6 weeks, you will work towards improving these events!
Test your skills and turn in your stats before March 10th and then again on April 13th at the final event. Whether you're a member or a newcomer, you can join us on event day or attend classes to improve. With seven teams competing, you'll have the chance to win as the best team, top female performer, or leading male performer based on a point system.
