For 27 years Lori practiced pediatrics on the Crow Reservation and now works part-time as a pediatric hospitalist in Billings. She recently earned an MS from Johns Hopkins in Energy Policy and Climate studies. Lori served as the expert medical witness in the Held v State of Montana trial.Lori and her husband, Rob Byron, MD co-founded and now co-chair MT Health Professionals for a Healthy Climate. Additionally, they were two of the authors of Climate Change and Human Health for the Montana Climate Assessment.
