Spring forward and enjoy your extra hour of daylight at Flamingo Gardens during our Wellness Month! Join us every Monday through Thursday, from March 10th to April 3rd, for a series of evening classes that will help you connect with nature while keeping active. Mondays feature Forest Bathing, Tuesdays are Pilates in the Gardens, Wednesdays are Yoga with Erin, and Thursdays are for some Sweet & Spicy Yoga Flow!
