March Intention Setting: Sound Bath + Manifesting Experience

Featuring the Intention Planting Ritual 🌱

Join us for a restorative evening to slow down, reset, and intentionally root into what you are calling in this season.

This March gathering offers space to pause, reflect, and move forward with clarity. We’ll begin with gentle intention setting and grounding practices to help you check in with yourself and name what you want to nurture as we transition into spring.

The experience concludes with a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls to support rest, nervous system regulation, and mental clarity. You’re invited to get comfortable, soften, and simply receive.

A guided, hands-on practice to physically anchor your intention.

Participants will:

• Write their word of the year on the bottom of the pot
• Write their intentions and place them inside the pot
• Plant a seed to symbolize what they are choosing to grow

This ritual represents commitment, care, and patience. The sound bath that follows becomes the environment in which your intention is held and supported.
