About this Event
In the spirit of Spring Cleaning, join herbalist, Aris, for March’s Herb of the Month workshop featuring rosemary. Participants will be led through a silent meditation to connect with the spirit and medicine of rosemary. The event will include herbal dosing techniques to support the mind, body, and spirit, as well as other useful applications. The event will conclude with rosemary materia medica and a sharing circle, offering community and insight into this antioxidant rich and cleansing plant ally.
Aris, a Mexico City native, graduated from the Blue Otter School of Herbal Medicine as an advanced Clinical Herbalist. Her upbringing in Santa Barbara County fuels her passion for healing justice that centers marginalized and immigrant communities in Southern California. Her private practice is rooted in an anti-oppression framework & serves as a source of great joy & understanding.
