Chinsegut docent, researcher, and podcaster Natalie Kahler will join us March 6, 2025 7:00 pm at Brooksville City Hall, council chambers. She will be sharing with us the remarkable story of Fielder Harris. Chinsegut owner Raymond Robins considered Fielder his primary mentor in farming and much of the estate's success is owed to Fielder. His marriage to Precious Ann Washington connected Fielder with a family that still resides in Hernando County today. Thanks to many Robins' family letters and photos, we ae able to learn a lot about this fascinating man.The speaker will begin after our 6 pm business meeting.
