Join me for a special Full Moon Meditation as we gather under the powerful energy of the March full moon — a time of release, clarity, and renewal.This guided experience will gently support your nervous system while helping you let go of what no longer serves you and reconnect with a sense of inner balance. Through breath, intention, and a soothing sound meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, soften, and allow the full moon’s energy to do what it does best — illuminate and restore.
✨ As part of this evening, you’ll be invited to intuitively choose either a Moonstone tumble or an Amethyst tumble to work with during the meditation and take home with you. Each stone offers its own supportive energy, and trusting your intuition is part of the experience.
This session is perfect whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice. Come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself an hour of intentional rest and reflection. Please bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, water, any other comfort items. If you do not have a yoga mat, no worries, I have one you can borrow!
