We are thrilled to announce that in March we will be visiting Hà Nội Viet Eatery. They have been waiting for us to stop by since I first spoke to them in the fall but they weren't ready for us yet. Hà Nội Viet Eatery is dedicated to bringing the vibrant and authentic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine to the Kitchener-Waterloo area. Their mission is to share and elevate Vietnamese culinary culture by offering a menu that honors traditional recipes while embracing fresh, local ingredients and innovative techniques.
Located in the heart of Uptown Waterloo, Hà Nội Viet Eatery will provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can fully immerse themselves in the rich and diverse flavors of Vietnam. Whether you’re a student, a young professional, or simply a lover of great food, this is a definite spot to stop by.
Ann is so excited to see us in March as this has been a long time coming. A write up and introduction to her and her husband will follow in the coming week.
As we are back to our regular programming with dinners, there is a $5 (per person) non refundable/transferrable fee to book your spot. These fees go into a pool where our server(s) receive half as a BONUS tip and an attending Ninja receiving the other half via a 50/50 draw. These fees are a small promise that you will make your best effort to attend so we aren't taking up space other paying patrons may have been able to take.
