march is the alias of singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Kitty O’Neal. Transcending the borders between alt-folk and indie, march incorporates her diverse tastes and compelling songwriting into a distinct and emotive performance. Around the autobiographical grit of life she builds melodic pearls, accompanied by introspective lyrics and unexpected yet thoughtful harmonic changes. With vibrant live arrangements and a unique inter-song ad lib, she cut her teeth as a solo artist, captivating listeners on the South Coast UK music scene. A crowd favourite at several venues around the UK, she has toured as a solo artist including slots at Glastonbury Festival and Sofar Sounds. A seasoned crowdfunder and Patreon creator, she has built a loyal fanbase who have supported the creation of her previous releases ‘Greens and Blues’ EP and album ‘All of the Above’.
