You're invited to relax, reflect, and feel good. Join us for Daya's March Community Gathering: SELF CARE, hosted by Tessa Rae Butler. This month is all about taking care of yourself. Being gentle and welcoming all the yumminess life has to offer. A big part of taking care of ourselves is remembering that we are a part of a greater whole, and we can heal ourselves by healing and helping others, too. What can you receive when you give to others? But also remembering you can't pour from an empty cup. Take this time in community to relax, enjoy some light stretching + movement, and a calming meditation to melt away any stress. As always, we'll be journaling and sharing to reflect and encourage conscious conversation. Wear something comfy, and bring a journal if you have one. You deserve to take some quality time for yourself. And as always, this event is free/by donation. Hope to see you there.
