Because our first Sourdough Starter class was so popular, we've scheduled a 2nd one to offer our community of curious cooks and bakers!
Cheri Wildheart will go over the basics you need to learn in order to make a beautiful sourdough loaf! She will teach you about the steps, (levain, mix, add levain and fold, then shape, rest, score, bake) and you'll get to take home a sourdough starter of your own.
Afterwards, enjoy a lunch (sourdough bread included, of course!) with the class.
Becoming a home baker doesn't have to be daunting-after this class you'll be well on your way to making gorgeous loaves of bread for every occasion!
