Join our next circle for a celebration of the March full moon in Virgo and the Spring Equinox!
Equinox means equal (equi) night (nox), when the day and night have equal length. The Spring Equinox represents renewal, birth, and growth. Paired with the earthy and innocent full moon in Virgo energy, it is a perfect time to set intentions and, literally, seeding the future you want from a truly blank slate! We will celebrate this special time with rituals to help you manifest your dreams. And remember, realizing a vision for the future is more powerful when done together. At our spring circle, what you have been envisioning is possible, with joy, intentions, planting, love, and community!
Join circle facilitators Nadine Calderon and Louisa Meyer in connecting with your unique feminine expression, joined in safe and sacredly held community with other inspiring women. Our circles offer you an invitation to pause, give love to yourself, find a sense of calm, and give yourself permission to be who you truly are. Through meditation, journaling and movement we will connect with our creative energy and go deep into the intention that fuels our goals.
The Spring Equinox & Full Moon in Virgo circle will be held at the beautiful Rising Sol Yoga in Old Town Alexandria. We hope you'll join us!

What to expect: Circles are held in person. They offer time to share what's on your heart as you feel called, participate in a guided mindfulness practice (yoga, meditation, or sound healing), and a creative activity connected to the month's topic such as painting, embroidery, watercolor, and more: an invitation to honor yourself and practice self-love in a safe and fun environment.
What to bring and keep in mind:
- Circles are sacred space. Respect, conscientiousness, and confidentiality are important tenets of keeping a space intentional, safe, and true to its purpose (held with integrity). We expect all attendees to uphold these tenets in holding a co-creative seat during circle participation.
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time for parking, shoe removal, and settling in.
- To drop deeper into presence, recommend limiting your phone use during circles if possible.
- Bring: water, yoga mat, journal/pen, blanket optional, and yourself as you are.
- Wear: comfortable clothes. The studio runs hot so layers may be ideal to remove if needed.
