Join us for our March 2025 Homebuyer Education Class. This is a wonderful opportunity for first time homebuyers to become familiar with the process and to find out what they need to do to get in a position to buy. You must attend *both* Saturday sessions to get your certificate.
In the first session of the class, you will hear from HUD certified housing counselors and we will go over budgeting, saving, credit reports, and more. In the second session of the class, you will hear from industry professionals: a lender, realtor, insurance rep and title rep.
The class will take place at Station 16 in Salisbury on Saturday March 22nd and 29th from 9am - 1pm. *You must attend both sessions to get your certificate.*
