Andrew Kerr
Bio:
Andrew Kerr is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of experience focused on PCI compliance, risk management, and digital security strategy. He has led complex projects for organizations across private sectors and government, leveraging expertise in incident response, digital forensics, and security assessments. Currently a Senior Manager at LBMC, Andrew is known for improving operational efficiencies through innovative standard operating procedures and for building strong client relationships that drive revenue. He holds certifications including CISSP, CEH, and AWS Cloud Practitioner, underscoring his proficiency in compliance, penetration testing, and project management.

With April 1, 2025, fast approaching, organizations must prepare for the next wave of PCI DSS 4.0 requirements that will soon move from best practices to enforceable mandates. These new requirements focus on strengthening authentication, risk management, vulnerability scanning, system security, and incident response, signaling a major shift toward a more proactive, risk-based compliance model.
This session, PCI WTF (What’s That Framework?), will cut through the complexity of PCI DSS 4.0’s upcoming changes, providing a clear roadmap for organizations to ensure compliance before the deadline.

Christopher Walcutt
Bio:
Christopher Walcutt is a former network architect with 25 years of experience in security, risk, and compliance leadership. His expertise is predominantly in the energy, utility, smart grid, and manufacturing sectors, specializing in industrial controls architecture, management consulting, and breach and incident handling. He has provided services to a wide variety of enterprise clients, including some of the world’s largest energy, engineering, manufacturing, and water companies, and has advised CISO’s offices and Boards of Directors globally.
Chris served in leadership roles at Constellation Energy, SunGard, and Black & Veatch, where he was responsible for cybersecurity and management consulting for NERC CIP, NRC, smart grid, and NIST compliance.
Chris has guided organizational change amidst the ever-changing threat landscape and has served in multiple NERC committees and working groups.
