MARCEL POWELL - Marcel Powell has his own accent. It's impossible not to associate his music with that of his master and father, who left his mark on the history of the guitar. His father's only pupil for 10 years, the virtuoso son follows in his father's footsteps and delights audiences. Born in Paris in 1982, he has recorded twelve albums as a composer, including two with his father and his brother, the French-based pianist Philippe Powell. Now based in Rio de Janeiro, Marcel Powell is an extension of the musical expression of the Brazilian soul, claiming its Iberian, black and European ancestry.
DAVID LINX - A native of Brussels but a Parisian by adoption, David Linx trained with the great American musicians and is, if not the greatest, at least one of the most formidable jazz singers you'll ever hear, as well as a performer with a big heart. David Linx recently received the Octave d'Honneur prize in Belgium for his entire career, the Edison Prize for the best album of 2017 (‘Brel’ with the Brussels Jazz Orchestra) and has won numerous awards in France: Prix Charles Cros, Prix de l'Académie du Jazz, Victoires du Jazz.
