ABOUT THE MODERATOR
Anna-Marie McCullagh is the the Operations Partner at Bowery Group restaurants, Cookshop, Vics, Shuka, Shukette and Rosies. Born and raised in Co Galway, Ireland, Anna Marie McCullagh came to the United States in the summer of 1990. After winning a lottery for a green card Anna Marie was able to stay in the US and started to work in hospitality. Having waited tables for 5 years at a place called Harbor Lights she was hired as a junior manager at BR Guest restaurants. It was there that Anna Marie learned to manage the day to day operations of a restaurant. Having worked there for 11 years to a Director of Operations, it was time to do something else. Anna Marie joined the Bowery Group at Cookshop as a breakfast manager and became a partner with the group in 2015. Since then the company has added two more restaurants and Anna Marie continues to lead FOH and operate busy restaurants.
