Expert trainer, John B. will cover essential strength training exercises tailored specifically for runners and endurance athletes alike. This is a donation based event. While any amount is greatly appreciated, we do ask for a minimum of $20. All proceeds raised will go towards Dream School of the Arts, who is generously lending the space.

Info: Check-in, and a short introduction.

Info: Let's get down to business! We'll go through light warm-up and mobility drills, then demonstrate some key core movements. Then we'll go through some fundamental exercises. We'll spend a good amount of time going through form corrections, modifications, progressions and regressions depending on your ability.

Info: We'll take questions about overall strength training principles; fueling before, during and after your workout; recovery efforts.

Info: We'll cool down with some refreshments and snacks and chat about our next race!
