About this Event

WHAT WILL WE LEARN

Come and join us for a fun-filled day wānanga created to share and celebrate the joys and challenges of being wāhine and how to navigate these spaces. Together we will learn how maramataka can influence and shape how we turn up

  • in our relationships with our partners/ our self
  • how track your sexual activity using maramataka
  • how to track your ikura (periods) and learnings around this
  • Pūrakau (stories) of the different wāhine atua
  • and some ideas for parenting and probably a karakia to go with cause we all need that!

This is an interactive workshop for anyone wanting to learn more!
