MARACUJAH

Maracujah emerged in mid-1990s Edmonton as a high-energy Latin party-rock band fronted by Chilean-Edmontonian singer Christian Mena, quickly becoming a local club-scene standout before pausing when Mena left to star in the touring production of Rent. Reuniting periodically since the early 2000s, Maracujah now returns as a celebratory side project—driven by the same infectious rhythms and chemistry that made them memorable the first time around.
