Mapping the Months is a calm, creative session where we gently plan the months ahead by creating a visual timeline using images, words, and simple prompts. There’s no right or wrong way to take part — you can work quietly, chat, or follow your own flow.

What to expect

Who this is for

This session is for you if:

• You like the idea of a slower, kinder start to the year
• Traditional goal-setting feels overwhelming or rigid
• You enjoy creative reflection without pressure
• You're comfortable being around others without needing to share
• You enjoy being inspired by others

You don’t need to be “creative” or organised to take part.
