Maple Sugaring Class:
Ansonia Nature Center staff will be teaching our children about making spiles, identifying trees, tapping and boiling sap. Have you ever tasted real maple syrup before? Learn the process and to make the tools you’ll need to tap your own tree. It will yield the best syrup ever! Please note that the classes are limited to 14 kids due to environmental conditions.
