Once you purchase a ticket, your reservation is confirmed, and all ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual of the same gender to maintain the balanced ratio of participants at our events.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be issued.
While we make every effort to send reminder emails, it is your responsibility to be aware of the event’s date, time, and location.
