Maple Days at Uncle Bob's farm is back! Come join us for our annual open houses the first two weekends of March.Where: Maple Knoll, 1069 Polk Hollow Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601

Please plan to come visit our "sugar shack" just west of Chillicothe on the weekends of March 1 and/or March 8 and learn how we make our pure maple syrup. We'll show you how we tap the trees, collect, concentrate and preserve the sap, boil it down to syrup and bottle it. If the weather's right you'll actually see it all in action! You can also try our maple syrup on homemade pancakes, and tours of the property will be offered every hour (weather dependent). While the pancake meal is free, we will be accepting donations of any amount to a local ministry that supports foster families. Please come join us and share in the joy of real maple syrup. Families and groups are welcome!
