Many Seeds, One Garden : Growing Together

To nurture a seed, and to pay attention to its protection, growth, and nourishment demands constancy, concentration, love and sensitivity. It cannot be just an impulse. To be a good gardener demands a process, which needs patience and love for learning. A seed demands from a human to grow in ability to care. A human must learn to unite without expectations but only with love. A relationship needs to be developed, and awareness needs to expand

This Mother Earth Day, members of New Acropolis Pune, a school of philosophy, will take a few steps towards developing symbiotic relationship with nature, starting on our own terrace and gardens. Volunteers will investigate into the techniques for gardening, learn about the needs of various different seeds, set up kitchen beds on terrace and lawn, learn principles of composting, and do plantations. Volunteers will adopt and care for these plants and learn to grow with them together with time. May be, nature will open her secrets if we learn to open our hearts in union.

This event will be open for limited public participation. Registration is mandatory.
