Sustainable continuous improvement through digital supported collaborationTo meet the demands of the market, production facilities must strive for continuous improvement in quality, cost, and delivery (KPIs), especially important in high cost countries like Norway and Germany. This can be achieved in day-to-day business through digitally supported manufacturing operations management directly at the point of value creation – with the operator. It is all about dealing with the root cause of problems and deviations.
This workshop will show how, by combining «leadership» with user-friendly software solutions, the entire organization can be enabled to sustainably improve the plant’s central KPIs in just a few weeks. In addition to the organizational requirements, the seminar will show various best practice examples from different industries. Furthermore, each participant will get recommendations to improve based on his individual maturity level of digital lean and production floor management. An interactive, entertaining mix of theory and practice. The workshop will give you a starting point to take digitalization on the shopfloor to the next level. Discussing and sharing experiences with the other participants is also valuable.
Target audience: People involved in the daily running and/or digitalization of a manufacturing plant, no matter if this is serial production or order-based batch processes.
Learning objectives: Understanding the success factors for a functioning manufacturing operations management system. Establishing a methodology and procedures for structured prioritization and solution of daily problems. The participant will be able to structure and start their own project within their manufacturing facility.
