Why do we chant?
Since ancient times, cultures around the world have used vocal toning, mantras, and affirmations as powerful tools for healing and transformation. From Vedic chants in India to sacred hymns in indigenous traditions, the practice of using sound to align energy and elevate consciousness is as old as humanity itself. These sacred vibrations were believed to connect us to the divine, harmonize the mind and body, and manifest intentions. Together we will explore this timeless ritual and connect with the wisdom of those who chanted before us.

Is this a Sound Bath?
This workshop is technically a form of sound-healing, but would not be considered a traditional sound bath- you will be participating in the creation of the Healing sounds. We'll dive deep into how our own voice is a sound-healing tool we can use for healing & you will leave with the most valuable sound healing instrument of all time - your authentic voice.
