Mantra Singing & Yoga mit Vivian

Let’s celebrate connection! This Sunday evening we want to combine chanting (singing) mantras with a Vinyasa yoga practice. Singing mantras creates a deep connection to the moment, opens the heart and strengthens the feeling of connection. First we practice a flowing and dynamic Vinyasa flow sequence. The constant movement promotes building strength, flexibility and balance. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to try a new form of meditation by singing together and to experience the feeling of deep connection.
