When we come together to sing and experience the vibrations of sound, it is even more powerful and healing.
Mantra Singing is a practice where through the repetition of simple phrases, melodies and harmonies we can create a sense of joy, regulate the nervous system and calm the mind.
Whether you're comfortable singing or not, Becky will guide you through each song and help you reconnect with the power of your unique voice.
Herbal teas and light refreshments will be available throughout the session.
