ABOUT THIS EVENT
The power of God resides within our own hearts. That power is the power of Love. A way to this power is the simple repetition of the mantra.
Mantra meditation is simple. We come as beginners. We listen to a recorded talk. We sit in silence and repeat the mantra interiorly from beginning to end. When thoughts come, and they will, we simply return to saying the mantra. We are one in the Spirit.
No experience necessary.
The focus of each of the recorded talks by Fr John Main, and the meditation practice itself emphasize the importance of simplicity.
