Mantra Meditation is a gentle, guided meditation to help you quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and reconnect with the stillness within.
In this heart-centered gathering, you'll be introduced to the transformative practice of mantra meditation, using sacred sound and intention to anchor your awareness and restore your energy. Each class features a new mantra and theme to support your emotional clarity and inner calm.
No experience is needed. All are welcome.

- A yoga mat or cushion (some yoga mats available)

Christina Wickens is a certified meditation teacher and founder of Go Meditate, a mindfulness and wellness resource for those ready to reclaim their inner peace. With a background in healthcare and 20+ years of study in ancient and modern practices, she brings grounded, compassionate guidance to those navigating stress, burnout, or disconnection.
