Chanting lifts the spirit and reconnects us to our heart centre. It's a well-known fact that singing mantras has a very positive impact on mental health, by reducing the levels of stress. Join me for this amazing, uplifting, and joyful singing meditation known as kirtan. Mantras are sung in a mixture of Sanskrit - which is an ancient Indian language with a high vibration and also some English. No previous experience in Sanskrit or singing required...all are welcome.
Singing Mantras are from the path of Bhakti Yoga (yoga of devotion, pure love and compassion ..... especially for yourself) They produce healing vibrations that take you out of your busy mind and connect you to your heart. This can create oneness with those around you and integrate your mind, body and spirit.
Heal, relax and re-energise through the power of sharing your authentic voice. The invitation is to sing, play percussion, meditate, dance or just bathe in the sounds.
