If you've attended a sound bath, you'll know how beautiful it can be to simply receive the vibrations, but this immersive day invites you to become part of the music, the resonance, and the collective energy. Through interactive mantra practices, heart-opening cacao, and deep sonic journeys, we will co-create a space of connection, healing, and transformation.
💫 What to Expect:
🎶 Interactive Mantra & Music – Learn about the power of mantra as I share some of my favourites, and guide you gently to unite your voice with others to amplify our intention, energy, and presence. This isn’t just about listening—it’s about embodying sound.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony – We honour cacao as a sacred plant ally, a gentle yet powerful medicine known to open the heart and expand awareness. In this ritual, we connect with the spirit of cacao—allowing her wisdom to guide us into deeper presence, emotional clarity, and soulful connection. Through mindful intention and shared experience, cacao becomes more than just a drink; it is a bridge between heart, mind, and spirit, inviting us into a space of transformation.
🔮 Sacred Sound Immersion – After a nourishing plant based home cooked two course lunch created by the wonderful on-site chef, there comes an opportunity for you to relax and receive the soothing embrace of therapeutic sound waves as we drift into a journey with sound
💛 Community & Reflection – Time to integrate, share, and be held in the warmth of a supportive group.

Limited spaces available, as this will be a small (but perfectly formed!) group in an intimate setting—come and be part of the energy!
All mats, bolsters and blankets are provided but feel free to bring whatever you need to feel comfy and cosy as this is a mostly floor based day.
