During this nourishing Retreat Day we will enjoy the breadth and depth of yoga by weaving together the healing resonance of chant, gentle holistic yoga and explore mantra as meditation. Both beginners and those with experience are warmly welcomed.Chant soothes our nervous system, brings focus and clarity to our minds, and directly influences all the organs and systems of the body. Mantra may help to calm our emotions, creating clarity and understanding, giving us a better perspective. These practices (re) connect us to our True Nature; our Spiritual-self.

A beautiful, seasonal lunch will be provided by Virginia Compton, an Ayurvedic Practitioner based in Devon and Kerala. All refreshments are also included - organic herbal teas, fruit and delicious snacks.
This is a day for learning, exploring, healing and connecting. I'm so looking forward to sharing these retreat days in Ashburton, nr Totnes.
