Join us this holiday season as we come together to give back to our community. We’re excited to bring together our network of students and young professionals for a special day of support, generosity and festive cheer.
This year, we’re fundraising for the Brixton Soup Kitchen and Soul Shack to help ensure their service users have everything they need during the holiday season.
We’ll be collecting clothing, creating hampers, and assembling food packs to support those in need.

What is Mantivations:
We are a social enterprise, careers and community platform dedicated to empower the next generation of young professionals and students across the UK.
Our mission revolves around moulding the leaders of the future by supporting young people from low income and underrepresented backgrounds land their first graduate and internship roles.
We also work within local communities in the UK to provide financial aid, mental health support and personal development opportunities to ensure underrepresented talent are fully equipped to succeed when entering the workforce.
Why are we hosting this event:
We understand first hand, the challenges faced by the younger generation are multifaceted and by investing into the personal and professional development of young individuals, we aim to build a stronger, healthier community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
This Christmas, due to the cost of living crisis, we know first hand, families may struggle to put food on the table. This is why we are partnering with Brixton Soup Kitchen and the Soul Shack to donate essential items to those in need.
We are raising money to prepare meals and give out essential items such as clothing, toiletries and food packages to those sleeping rough on the streets of South London on the 14th of December.
We hope you can join us for a day of making impact within our local community and learning more about the philanthropic part of our business.
