£119 Per PersonSpring brings us new beginnings in many ways so here's an opportunity to try something new! Noreen has created some fun and uplifting wellness sessions for you to experience.
Arrive at 10am for welcome drinks and introduction then relax into the day leaving our spa facilities up until 5pm. If you want to add a treatment book from 3pm, click to check availability.
Wellness Session One
Firstly Noreen will guide you through an uplifting Laughter Yoga session. Where you can lean into the well being benefits of laughter, playfulness, deep yogic breathwork and mediation. This combination increases confidence, can improve self esteem, reduces stress and gives you the chance to explore creativity and self expression. Laughter is the best medicine! Noreen will then finish with a Mindful Meditation to help you feel relaxed and find balance.
Wellness Session Two
When was the last time you tried something new? Well here is fantastic opportunity to experience Belly dancing. Julie will take you through all the fabulous shimmies and shakes to create an uplifting dance session for you to enjoy in the beautiful Knights Hall. Leaving you feeling empowered and fully in the moment before heading for a delicious lunch in the Manor House Restaurant.
Wellness Session Three
Once you have enjoyed a nutritious healthy lunch, served in the Manor House Restaurant you will have time now to rest & relax. Noreen will be sharing a calming Sound Bath journey in the beautiful refurbished Knights Hall. Creating an experience of total relaxation, bringing your mind and body into a more positive state for self healing. You will also have time for journaling and reflection.
Followed by 2 glorious hours in the spa
Plus a complementary drink from Noreen for each guest.
And a gift to take home.
