Working hand in hand with the amazing Noreen Gormally from Waves Holistic Healing to deliver the most fabulous event.Arrive at 10am for welcome drinks and introduction then relax into the day leaving our spa facilities up until 5pm. Reset 1
Join us for some gentle techniques that helps the body feel safe and calm. Somatic therapy includes mindfulness, breathwork, awareness, movement and grounding. Focusing on nervous system regulation and better coping strategies to life's ups and downs.
Reset 2
You will then be joining Sam after your comfort break for Hatha Yoga. The intention of this reset session is set to clear your mind and focusing on bringing more consciousness to Mind and Body connection. Sam will guide you with a gentle approach so suitable for all levels of experience.
Reset 3
Once you have enjoyed a nutritious healthy lunch, served in the Manor House Restaurant you will have time now to rest & relax. Noreen will be sharing a calming Sound Bath journey in the beautiful refurbished Knights Hall. Creating an experience of total relaxation, bringing your mind and body into a more positive state for self healing. You will also have time for journaling and reflection.
