MDS is an instrument swapping, rock/grunge/punk band from Melbourne, Australia. The independent duo has left a trail of enthusiastic and passionate fans in their wake across the globe. Mixing catchy pop melodies with punk rock riffs, and an infectiously energetic live show. Touring worldwide completely DIY, MDS have shared the stage with many including: Suicidal Tendencies, Dead Kennedys, Hollywood Undead, Soft Play, Soulfly, Cobra Starship, DZ Deathrays, NENA, Frenzal Rhomb and WAAX.
Their sophomore album ‘Wise and Dangerous’ released April 4th, 2025 independently. It was toured around Australia with sold-out Northcote Social Club & Tote shows in Melbourne. The album charted at #3 on the Indie charts (AIR) and is currently nominated for the Australian Music Prize - Catch MDS performing a special one off show at Vinnies Dive Bar on Sunday 22nd February 2026 - Tickets on Sale now.
