** 🌲 Weekend Wellness Retreat — Manistee, Michigan**September 19–21, 2025 Join us for a powerful weekend of reconnection and renewal along the shores and forests of northern Michigan. This two-night camping retreat in Manistee offers space to reset, reflect, and recharge through movement, nature, and community.
We'll spend our days paddleboarding, hiking, exploring the beaches, and sharing good food and conversation around the fire.
We will have a guided breathwork sessions with Brian LeFeve, offering a chance to go inward, slow down, and breathe deeply.
