MERRY GRIP-MAS!! Come and test that grip strength with some friendly competition to end the year on a high 👊🏻
4 tests of ultimate grip strength, it will hurt but it will be worth it!
Events:
1️⃣ Rolling Thunder
(Rising weight from empty, 3 attempts to pick up at each weight, until last man standing.)
2️⃣ Vertical Grip - Cylinder
(Rising weight from empty, 3 attempts to pick up at each weight, until last man standing.)
3️⃣ Dinnie Stone - Wrecking Ball Hold
(Platform stand, choice of 144 or 188kg for highest weight/longest time, one hold only.)
4️⃣ Frame (Santas Sleigh) Hold
(Choice of either 200 or 240kg for highest weight/longest time, one hold only)
No straps. Chalk is allowed.
No categories, open to all.
Entry is £10pp, this covers entry fee, medals for all and a trophy for the overall winner. No T-Shirts for this one, but dressing FESTIVE AS F#%K, is encouraged!!
