Opens
the Novice and Opens will be on the Saturday and the Intermediates and Masters on the Sunday
entry is £30 which is non refundable and guarantees your space simply send payment via PayPal to [email protected] BE SURE to add the competition name and category along with your t shirt size to the payment otherwise we won't know what it is for as we have multiple events listed at the same time

Monster log Head to Head for max reps in 60 seconds log can be pressed from shoulders and returned to the floor if needed

Deadlift for max reps in 60 seconds Head to Head standard bar deadlift suits will be allowed
