Throughout the day, you’ll experience a beautifully curated mix of movement, mindset, and manifestation practices, including:

🌿 Yoga Flow with TJ – start your day grounded, strong, and centred.
🌬 Transformational Breathwork with Laura – clear stagnant energy and release emotional blocks.
🌀 Money Mindset Hypnotherapy with Jo – rewire limiting beliefs and call in abundance.
🔮 Tarot with Poppy from Magik Mind – discover deeper self-awareness through a guided tarot talk and personal 3-card readings.
🎨 Vision Board & Goal Setting Workshop – get creative as you map out your 2026 dreams and affirmations.
🍫 Soundbath, Cacao Ceremony & Movement – close the day in community with intention, rhythm, and gratitude.

Held at the beautiful Well & Good Studios in Godalming, the day includes:
☕ teas, coffees & refreshments throughout the day
🥗 A light Buddha Bowl buffet lunch from Clean Meal Co by Chef James
🎁 A mindful goodie bag to take home with a personalised CCC tote

The Conscious Connection Circle was founded by Jess & Jo — two heart-led women passionate about creating safe, inspiring spaces for women to grow, connect, and rise together.
Our events blend holistic wellness, mindset work, and soulful community — because when women come together, something truly magical happens.

Info: lunch will be provided by Clean meal co by chef James and in this time you will also be able to get your 3 card tarot reading with Poppy.

Info: please bring your own canvas or card to create vision boards and any materials like cuttings, magazines, stickers, pens, scissors, glue etc. this hour will be a great session to start creating your vision board but likelihood is we will not manage to finish them and gives you a chance to relfact and add to it at a later time.
