Join us for a manifestation/goal planning workshop! Brigitta Dau, a Certified Life Coach & Reiki Master, will be leading us through a relaxing and clarifying guided meditation, you will learn and explore the craft of collage, and go home with your own “Reiki Infused” Vision Board.
Creating a Vision Board is a fun, easy way to help us not only remember our goals, but to actually achieve them. A Vision board is a collection of images that represent a goal, a desired feeling, or anything that we wish to see manifested in our lives. It’s a playful, creative way to help us focus and stay motivated towards achieving our goals.
* * Note - we will potentially be turning this into a monthly or bi-monthly workshop to keep up with our goals together **
